We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless it is a custom order in which case the dispatch time will be intimated to you. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Confirmation is given after card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed.
What if the product I received is in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 7760735353 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
How are the delivery charges calculated for multiple units?
We provide shipping across India. We charge a flat shipping rate - Rs 75.
Currently we do not offer International shipping. However, in selected cases, we can ship them across. The shipping charges in those cases will be borne by the buyer.
Cancellation of Order by Customer
We believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For cancellations within 24 hours:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the full amount, except the 4% Bank Charges. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with us by sending an email on email@example.com providing your Order Number/details.
If the cancellation is after stipulated time:
-In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. CHANCHAL has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CHANCHAL and accept decision regarding the cancellation.
-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
In cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame i.e. 7 days. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Cancellation of Order by CHANCHAL
CHANCHAL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by CHANCHAL for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
