Shipping & Return Policy
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through India Post majorly.
Upto 3 delivery attempt are made by the Postal Department. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless it is a custom order in that case the dispatch time will be intimated to you. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days unless there is reason which is beyond control. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product I received is in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please write to us for return request at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will send for a reverse pickup. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact.
Returns & Refunds
We try our best to create every piece with love and care. The pieces which are custom made, we won't be able to take a return on them. On retail orders, if you feel what you received is something you don't want to keep due to some reasons apart from damaged, you can initiate a return by just emailing us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will get in touch with you to find a mutually agree solution. In case we accept the return, we will plan the reverse pick up and initiate the refund as soon as we receive the package back. If for some reason, we are unable to get a reverse pick up, we may request the customer to ship the product back to us. In such a case, return shipping will be borne by us which we will refund with the main refund amount. The price of the product will be refunded. Debit/credit card/bank charges deducted by the payment platform will also not be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Due to Corona and safety protocols being followed, there could be cases where we may not able to take the return to maintain the safety standards. This is on our discretion. However we will do our best to keep our Customers happy.
For international orders, returns and refunds are only applicable in case of damaged products.
How are the delivery charges calculated for multiple units?
We provide shipping across India. We charge a flat shipping rate as per the category of the product. Every product page has the shipping cost mentioned for your reference.

Cancellation of Order by Customer
We believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy for all the orders where you receive the product that does not match the website information or has reached in a bad/damage condition. We accept returns within 7 days of product receipt.
If you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount, except the Bank Charges. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with us by sending an email on firstname.lastname@example.org providing your Order Number/details.
We may request you to ship the product back using a logistics company since we use India Post to cover majority of the Pin Codes in India and Outside, and it is difficult to arrange a return with them. However, the shipping cost will be refunded. If we are in a position to schedule the return from our side with a private logistic vendor, we will definitely arrange for that.
